eComHD Agent Suite¶
An AI agent suite that operates the eComHD Amazon business, modeled on Profasee Ultra ("AI employees that run your Amazon business"). The difference: this runs on data we already own, on infrastructure we already built, with no per-seat SaaS fee and no third party holding our margins.
Why we can build this fast¶
We are not starting from zero. The StickyMetrics data warehouse and forecasting engine already exist and run nightly. One of the four core agents (demand planning) is effectively already built; the rest are layers on top of data we already pull.

Operating philosophy (copied deliberately from Profasee)¶
The flashy part is the agents. The part that makes it safe to run is the guardrails, and we copy those on purpose. See Guardrails.
- Read-only first. Every agent starts in observe mode. It shows what it would do, with the data and the dollar impact, before it touches anything.
- Approval ladder. You approve actions one at a time, then grant autonomy per domain as trust builds. You control the pace.
- Every decision is explained. Data, reasoning, confidence, and expected dollar impact attached to each recommendation. No black box.
- Hard safety limits. Spend caps, no-fly lists (ASINs/keywords never touched), and auto-pause after repeated failures.
What to build first¶
The signature Profasee artifact is the overnight brief: "while you slept, here is what your agents found and what it is worth." We build that first, read-only, on data we already have. Full spec: v1: Overnight Brief.
Boundaries¶
- This suite is scoped to eComHD only. Its data, memory, and credentials are walled off from the W5 portfolio system. It never touches the W5 vault.
- Agent personas/names below are working titles; rename freely. The roles are what matter.
